In order to make a dead river to be active and lively, we thought of having a Korean traditional game called 차전놀이 (Chajeonnolri), or known as the Vessel Fight Game, inside the river to give energy to the river and the surrounding environments.

There are two vessels in this game, and each vessel is made up of recycled materials harvested from nearby construction site, such as ventilation plastic pipes, wood, tarps, etc.  One captain per each team rides on his vessel, which is raised by his team.  The two vessels bump and push eachother.  One team wins when the opponent captain falls to the river.
